Our work puts particular emphasis on interpretable methods, integrating information across different data modalities, and addressing questions with clinical relevance.

PhD and postdoctoral researchers

Master’s and medical students

We regularly supervise research projects for Master’s and medical students. Projects typically involve the analysis of spatial, single-cell, histopathology, or multimodal cancer data and can range from applied biological questions to computational method development.
